Är du en driven, ansvarstagande och serviceinriktad person som har förmåga och erfarenhet av att leda och fördela arbete och som vill vara med på vår resa mot framtidens detaljhandel?
Då vår verksamhet växer och i takt med att vi blir fler medarbetare, så söker vi nu en driven Team Manager till vår site i Brunna på kvällstid.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Tillsammans med andra Team Managers ansvarar du för en av avdelningarna i produktion och arbetar med den dagliga driften samt planering på veckobasis.Som Team Manager skall du leda gruppen mot uppsatta mål och övergripande strategi för avdelningen. Du ska vara ett exempel och föredöme när det kommer till medarbetarskap på plats. Du ansvarar för att leda och fördela arbetet i gruppen i samarbete med avdelningens Shift manager och bolagets policies. Du kommer att coacha medarbetare att nå sina mål och utvecklingsplaner. Tjänsten innebär att du också kommer att leda förbättringsarbete inom effektivitet och utveckling på avdelning.
Förutom ovan innebär rollen ansvar, kontroll och åtgärd av dagliga ärenden, såsom:

Personalansvar och genomförande av regelbundna feedbacksamtal
Arbetsmiljöansvar, rapportera incidenter och informera om tillbud, olycksfall, arbetsskador som rör avdelningen och sajten
Eskallera händelser och allvarliga risker samt avvikelser till Shift Manager och andra ansvariga.
Ansvarig för leveranskvalitet och resultat kopplat till avdelningens nyckeltal
Kommunicera övergripande strategier och bryta ner dessa till individuella mål
Ansvara för den dagliga kommunkationen och informationen till medarbetare
Arbeta nära dina medarbetare och stötta dem i det vardagliga arbetet


WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Are an active leader, who takes initiative, is responsible and supports your employees in daily operations.
Have previous experience in logistics and very good leadership skills, good communication skills and have an easy time enthusing and motivating your employees. You should also be goal- and result-oriented, have a good sense of order and like to keep a high pace.
The workload can vary from day to day, which requires a good ability in stress management and the ability to make appropriate decisions and reprioritises, even under time pressure.
As a person, you are responsible, meticulous and spread wonderful energy around you and are probably close to laughter, but at the same time have a high level of integrity in your professional role. Furthermore, you are a flexible person who has the ability to solve each unique case in the best way.
You understand the importance of set rules and procedures to be able to maintain a very good quality and achieve set goals. We also see that you are flexible in your work assignment with an interest in developing.


YOU WHO APPLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS

Upper secondary school qualifications or equivalent, as well as meritorious with some upper secondary education.
Good IT skills (the Office package), mainly Excel.
Experience of leading and developing others, meritorious in layers/logical.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing, as well as other languages is an advantage

MISSION

As our business grows and as we become more employees, we are now looking for a driven Team Manager for our site in Brunna in the evenings.

TASKS
Together with other Team Managers, you are responsible for one of the departments in production and work with the daily operations and planning on a weekly basis. As a Team Manager, you will lead the group towards set goals and overall strategy for the department. You should be an example and role model when it comes to on-site employeeship. You are responsible for leading and distributing the work in the group in collaboration with the department's Shift Manager and the company's policies. You will coach employees to achieve their goals and development plans. The position means that you will also lead improvement work in efficiency and development in the department.
In addition to the above, the role involves responsibility, control and action of daily matters, such as:

Personnel responsibility and conducting regular feedback conversations
Work environment responsibility, reporting incidents and informing about incidents, accidents, occupational injuries related to the department and the site
Escalate incidents and serious risks as well as deviations to the Shift Manager and other responsible parties.
Responsible for delivery quality and results linked to the department's key figures
Communicate overall strategies and break these down into individual goals
Be responsible for the daily communication and information to employees
Work closely with your employees and support them in their everyday work

YOUR ROLE
Our Automation team based in Brunna, Sweden have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automation Manager where you will provide continual support to our busy operation, ensuring that as a team we meet operational and customer demand in a safe and clean environment.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting into the Automation and Facilities Manager, you will lead process improvements aligning to operational requirements and overall business strategies. With a focus on cost efficiencies and solutions, you will ensure that activities support organisational sustainability, quality, health and safety and environmental objectives. You will collaborate with operational stakeholders to create work instructions, SOPs and relevant documentation related to the role and wider operational activities to ensure documents are maintained. You will also ensure all maintenance activities are completed to a high standard, documented and reported meeting operational KPI and SLA requirements.
You will also support the Automation and Facilities Manager will additional tasks such as trade union negotiations, reporting and change projects, as and when required.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Proven automation management or process improvement experience, ideally within a 3PL or warehousing environment.
Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with wider operational functions.
Experience in driving a health and safety culture.
Strong leadership and strategy planning skills.
Budget management and cost efficiency experience.
Experience of creating and maintaining working instructions and documentation.
Ability to create and maintain statistical reports, focusing on operational SLAs and KPIs.
Experience of working with warehouse management systems or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a good level of english understanding and speaking.
Natural problem-solving skills with a curious mindset.
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
