Role Summary:
As a Transport Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of our transportation operations, ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective deliveries. You’ll lead a team, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate transportation operations for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage driver schedules, routes, and vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to optimize logistics solutions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of drivers and logistics personnel.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and improve cost efficiencies.


Requirements:
- Proven experience in transport management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of transport regulations and fleet management.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
